Scaleity Sp. Z.o.o. is the administrator for the purposes of this Privacy Policy and responsible for this website ( and your personal data. Scaleity Sp. Z.o.o. is collectively referred as “Scaleity”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this Privacy Policy.



For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, individuals using this website for their own benefit (as sole proprietorship) or individuals having authority to give instruction on behalf of a legal entity that they represent are referred to as “you”.


In the case of multiple individuals having authority to give instruction, any members of this group, whether separately or collectively, can be referred to as “you”.



This Privacy Policy applies only to personal data, defined as any information about an individual from which that person can be directly or indirectly identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).

(4) Establishing, negotiating and concluding a contract to offer you financing, as well as performing and implementing the contract once it is signed:

  3. Your personal identification number (e.g. PESEL)
  4. Your transaction information
  5. Your marketing, advertising and communication data
  6. Your payment, billing and banking data
  7. Your invoicing data or documentation

(5) When you contact us directly for information or support:

  2. Your contact details (email, address and phone number)

(6) Delivering relevant website content and advertising to you (measuring the effectiveness of said content and advertising) making suggestions

Scaleity is the administrator of personal data within the meaning of the regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016 (GDPR).


Using the website requires you to provide your own personal data.


Personal data will be processed in order to conclude and implement a contract for the provision of services (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR), to provide services provided electronically (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR), direct marketing (Article 6 paragraph 1 (f) of the GDPR).


Personal data processed for the purpose of concluding and implementing a contract for the provision of services and for the implementation of services provided electronically will be processed until the end of the contract for the provision of services with the Administrator and the time necessary to meet the obligations imposed by law (settlements, limitation of claims).


If you subscribe to the website, personal data will also be processed for marketing purposes, pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) the regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016 (GDPR). Providing personal data for this purpose is voluntary, however, failure to provide it makes it impossible to receive messages from Scaleity.


Personal data will be stored for the period until you unsubscribe from the website or from marketing communications sent by Scaleity, and for 5 years after that to comply with the law and if we face a legal challenge.


Personal data will be transferred only to the Administrator’s trusted subcontractors, i.e.:

(1) companies that make our Scaleity cards

(2) card producers and networks, like MasterCard

(3) Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) service providers that help us with identity verification or fraud checks such as World Check and elKYC

(4) cloud computing power and storage providers like Amazon Web Services (AWS)

(5) our business intelligence and analytics platform provider

(6) companies that help us with marketing (but we won’t share identifiable personal data with third parties for their own direct marketing unless you give us permission, and you can opt-out any time)

(7) software companies that we use for emailing you

(8) companies that help us with customer support

(9) companies that offer benefits or rewards through special programmes you sign up to via the website

(10) companies that print written statements and notices

(11) companies that share information relating to bank accounts such as Salt Edge


Personal data will be transferred to anyone you give us permission to share it with, i.e. trusted partners who provide services that may be of

interest to you, your own sales, advertising, marketing, accounting, banking platforms, your external advisors (e.g. advertising agencies) or representatives (e.g. lawyers).


We may also share your personal information in order to meet our legal obligations with relevant authorities, i.e. the police, courts or dispute resolution bodies or other state bodies.


The data we collect may be securely transferred and stored outside the European Economic Area (‘EEA’), in countries or organisations having adequate data protection standards (i.e. approved by the European Commission).



We may use computers to make automated decisions, for example to determine if we can make you a financing offer based on the data you have shared with us.

In the event of a change of personal data, you should update them on your User Profile.

You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectify it, delete it and the right to limit its processing. In addition, also the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing, the right to transfer data and the right to object to the processing of personal data.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (i.e. President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).

Providing personal data is voluntary, however, the lack of consent to the processing of data prevents the use of the Website.

You may contact Scaleity at any time in order to obtain information on whether and how the Administrator uses your personal data.

You may also ask the Administrator to delete your personal data entirely or partially.

Scaleity may refuse to delete your personal data if the retention of personal data is necessary due to the obligation imposed on the Administrator by law.
